01 · The platform

Two companies stand behind you. Neither stands in front of your clients.

One company stands behind you. It never stands in front of your clients.

The Executive Partner is the approved Executive Partner for and your direct support in the market. Four Corner Holdings, LLC is the financial-technology company that owns and operates the platform you'll run on.

Four Corner Holdings, LLC is the financial-technology company that owns and operates the platform. Four Corner Funding is its public brand. You partner with us directly.

Your Executive Partner ·

Local support, from day one

  • Onboarding and training in your market, in person or on a call
  • Help configuring your brand, domain, pricing, and team
  • Guidance on your first clients and your first submissions
  • A direct line to a partner who operates on the same platform you will

What you own

Your company, on our infrastructure

  • Your brand, your domain, your colors — the client sees you
  • Your retail pricing on every product, collected through your own merchant accounts
  • Your clients, your team, your roles and permissions
  • Your book of business, exportable in full if you ever leave

The platform company · Four Corner Holdings

The system that does the work

  • Verification, underwriting, eligibility rules, and workflow gates — centrally governed for every partner
  • Bureau and data integrations, the business credit build, and the capital-access sequencer
  • Funding sources contracted directly to Four Corner, operating inside the platform by API and portal
  • Compliance authority, training, and the support organization behind every partner

Four Corner Holdings is not a lender. It does not make credit decisions and does not guarantee approval. Independent funding sources decide on their own criteria.

01 · The platform

One system, delivered under your brand.

The business owner sees your name, your domain, your colors. Behind it, the same engines run for every partner on the platform.

Identity & fundability

Verification first

Business identity, Secretary of State registration, EIN, address, and profile data verified through a lender-grade identity data layer and Dun & Bradstreet before any credit or funding step opens.

Business credit

Tiered build

Structured, gated progression from foundation to controlled expansion, with account reporting validated rather than self-reported.

Capital access

Sequenced strategies

Unsecured business credit strategies run one at a time, in order, with cool-down rules enforced by the system.

Funding

Gated placement

Funding sources contracted directly to Four Corner live inside the platform by API and portal. Automated underwriting, document requirements, and matching; a file cannot reach a funding source until it is complete, and no partner or client ever sees who the sources are.

Partner operations

Leads, clients, intake and review, appointments, tasks, resources, employees, users, roles and permissions, CMS, embedded forms.

Billing & compensation

Partner-owned merchant accounts, plans and fees, invoices, payments, subscriptions, upcoming billing, commission tracking.

Governance

Centralized rules, audit trails, controlled overrides, role-based access, confidential funding-source management held by Four Corner only.

Features in development are not represented as live until released. Module names and scope change as the platform is built.

03 · How you make money

Three ways, on every client. All three are yours.

Structure first — how each line is calculated and when it's earned. The next slide lets you put your own numbers to it.

01 · Business credit program

You set retail

You price the Business Credit Builder & Funding program for your market. Four Corner retains a $800 client activation; the balance is yours, on every client you enroll, before any funding happens.

02 · Capital access strategy

100% yours

When a client runs the sequenced business-credit strategy and opens accounts, you charge the strategy fee you set — commonly a share of approved limits — and keep all of it. Collected through your own merchant account.

03 · Funded transactions

40% share

When your client is funded through the platform — working capital, equipment, revenue-based, real estate, SBA — you receive 40% of the success fee Four Corner collects, rising on production benchmarks in the agreement.

When it's earned

Program and strategy fees when your client pays you. Success-fee shares when Four Corner actually collects from the funding source, subject to reversal if a transaction unwinds. Everything on this slide is a description of how compensation is calculated under the White-Label Partner Agreement — not a projection of what any partner will earn.

04 · Your numbers

Model your own numbers.

Arithmetic on the figures you enter — not a projection. You supply the volumes and the prices; the percentages are the program's.

Conservative: every client completes the credit program, half run a capital-access strategy, four in ten reach a funded deal. All products: every client completes all three.

Credit program is net of the $800 activation. Funded transactions assume the success-fee rate you set is collected on the transaction, of which you receive 40%. Actual fees vary by transaction, product, capital source, and program, and are governed solely by the executed partner agreement. Arithmetic on your inputs — not a representation of earnings, income, or results.

Your clients are yours

Written into the agreement, not left to good intentions

Clients enrolled in your tenant remain your clients. Four Corner does not contact them directly, and every communication carries your brand. If the partnership ends, you export your client data in full and your records are removed from the platform.

No partner — including an Executive Partner — can see your clients or your data.

Timeline

05 · The Executive Partner position

Two partner models. One is enrolled; the other is approved.

White-Label Partner

Enrollment

  • Own branded platform environment on the partner's domain
  • Own team, roles, permissions, and client book in a tenant-isolated environment
  • Partner sets retail pricing and collects through its own merchant accounts
  • Same centrally governed engines, underwriting, and gates as the whole platform
  • No territorial exclusivity; enrollment fee credited toward an Executive Partner area on approval
Executive Partner

Application, qualification, and approval

  • Everything in the White-Label model
  • A defined area, exclusive to the partner on the conditions in the agreement
  • Inbound opportunities in the area routed to the partner
  • Oversight of, and compensation on, White-Label Partners operating in the area
  • Direct access to designated Four Corner personnel and area-level administration within authorized permissions

Executive Partner positions are approved, not purchased. Four Corner may decline any application and does not reserve an area, provision a tenant, or accept payment before verification is complete.

05 · The Executive Partner position

What the Executive Partner holds, what Four Corner retains

The Executive Partner holdsFour Corner Holdings retains
Its brand, domain, team, and client relationshipsThe platform, source code, engines, and all intellectual property
A contractual right to a defined, exclusive areaOwnership of the territory registry and the right to define, price, and enforce areas
Routed inbound opportunities in the areaUnderwriting logic, eligibility rules, sequencing, and workflow gates
Compensation on its own production and on its networkFunding-source relationships, contracts, identities, and submission
Retail pricing and its own merchant accountsCompliance authority, marketing approval, audit, and suspension rights
Area-level administration within authorized permissionsData architecture, security, and all cross-tenant visibility

An area is a right, not an asset

Exclusivity is a contractual right whose scope, performance requirements, exceptions, renewal, reassignment, and termination are set by the executed Executive Partner Agreement. It is not an ownership interest in Four Corner Holdings, the platform, the funding-source relationships, or the White-Label tenants in the area, and it is not transferable without Four Corner's written consent.

A change in the partner's ownership requires Four Corner's consent and verification of the new owners.

06 · The area

Areas are priced on market size — never on expected income

Every U.S. county carries a class set by its count of employer establishments (U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, QCEW). An area is the sum of its county prices, subject to the program minimum. The only variable is which counties the partner selects.

ClassEmployer establishmentsPer-county price
A+100,000 and aboveZone pricing
AA60,000 – 99,999$45,000
A30,000 – 59,999$30,000
B15,000 – 29,999$15,000
C6,000 – 14,999$8,000
D2,500 – 5,999$4,000
EBelow 2,500$2,000

Area rules

  • Program minimum $35,000; up to five counties or five mega-county zones per Executive Partner
  • Class and price are fixed on the effective date of the agreement; later data releases do not reopen the grant
  • Every requested county is checked against the territory registry before a written quote is issued
  • A current White-Label Partner approved as an Executive Partner is credited its White-Label enrollment fee against the area price

Mega-counties (Class A+)

Eight counties exceed 100,000 establishments and are priced as the number of 50,000-establishment zones they contain, at $30,000 per zone. Los Angeles County is the largest by a wide margin and is defined by supervisorial district.

07 · Executive Partner compensation

How the Executive Partner is compensated — the structure, not a forecast

Two sources. On your own clients you earn as an operator. On your network's clients the White-Label Partner keeps its own fees; your income is the override Four Corner pays you.

Your own clients · business credit program

You set retail

$800 activation per enrolled client retained by Four Corner; the balance is yours. A White-Label Partner's clients pay the White-Label Partner, not you.

Your own clients · capital access

100% yours

Strategy fees you charge your own clients are set and kept by you. On your network's clients the White-Label Partner keeps its strategy fee; your card-side income there is the program override below.

Your own clients · funded transactions

40% share

Of the success fee Four Corner collects on your own funded deals; rises on production benchmarks per the agreement.

Your network's clients · funded transactions

10% override

On the success fees Four Corner collects from White-Label Partners' funded deals in your area — paid by Four Corner out of its share, never taken from the partner. Plus 30% of the enrollment fee on each White-Label Partner you bring in yourself.

Own and network clients · program revenue override · Executive Partner only

10% of what Four Corner collects

Four Corner contracts directly with card issuers and other program sponsors and may be compensated when a client opens an account through the platform. You receive 10% of what Four Corner actually collects on accounts in your vested area — your clients' and your network's. Paid by Four Corner from its own receipts; not a share of any White-Label Partner's fee. White-Label Partners do not participate in it.

When compensation is earned. Success-fee shares and overrides are earned when Four Corner actually collects the fee from the funding source and are subject to reversal, clawback, and offset if a transaction is unwound. Enrollment commissions are earned when the enrolled partner's fee is collected and non-refundable. All percentages, benchmarks, and payment timing are governed solely by the executed Executive Partner Agreement and its schedules.

This slide describes how compensation is calculated. It is not a projection, promise, or representation of the partner's income, volume, or results, which depend on the partner's own effort, market, and clients.

07 · Executive Partner compensation

What the Executive Partner earns that a White-Label Partner does not

On your own clients you earn exactly what a White-Label Partner earns on its own. On your network's clients, the White-Label Partner keeps its fees — and you earn three lines it never sees, on the area you hold.

Structure only. Percentages are the program's terms as set out in the executed agreements; they are not a projection of any partner's results. The next slide lets you compute arithmetic on figures you choose.

Conservative basis: every client completes the business credit program, half run a capital-access strategy, four in ten reach a funded deal, 70% of strategy clients open a tracked account ("All products" sets each to 100%). Partners produce the volume entered for the Executive Partner's own clients. Program payments: half of accounts with contracted sponsors, three-year relationship, paid only when collected; steady-state from year three. Launch / Planning / Mature set the partner count from the share of the area's employer businesses served per year (0.5% / 1% / 2%) at 60 clients per productive partner; above roughly 2% is flagged as beyond what any paid business service sustains. What we ask of applicants

  • Complete verification of every principal and owner before an area is granted
  • Represent the program only with approved materials — no earnings claims, no guarantees of approval
  • Hold the area to its performance standards; exclusivity is a right conditioned on good standing

Timeline

From a complete application to a provisioned area is measured in weeks, and the pace is set by verification and payment, not by Four Corner's queue. Qualified applicants are contacted within one to two business days to schedule the walkthrough and discovery call.
